All our flavours can be served as mocktails or cocktails. For alcoholic cocktails add between 1-2 bottles of spirit (700ml for every 12 ltrs cocktails)

Operating the Machine:
We will teach you how to use the machine so you will have no problems filling it or serving drinks.
All our slushie machines are very reliable and easy to operate.
All you need to do is to add the liquid, (see below) plug into a standard 240v power outlet and turn it on.
Allow 90 minutes for mixture to freeze to correct consistency.

Mixing is simple

  • First measure and pour 10 litres of clean drinking water into a mixing bucket or container.
  • Open Slush Concentrate bottle and add 2 litres to the water.
  • Stir well and pour into slush machine, then freeze down. You can also mix extra back-up stock and keep in the refrigerator to freeze down later.
  • Refrigerated mix will freeze down faster and speed up time to serve.

Never allow your slush machine to run below 2/3 full. That way, when you top it up, it will freeze down quickly.

The sugar in the slush acts as an anti-freeze. Never dilute slush base with extra water as this will allow the diluted slush to freeze solid resulting in breaking or damaging the machines working parts like the gearbox and auger.
